Genting Dream Terms and Conditions:
- All guests are required to bring their Confirmation slip before check-in.
- All guests are required to carry their valid passport with at least 6 months validity for check-in.
- All pregnant ladies are welcomed but those who will enter the 24th week of pregnancy by the beginning of the cruise will be rejected.
- The Access Card will be used during embarking and disembarking at ports.
- All guests must bring their passport and access cards for immigration checks.
- All guests can collect their passport on arrival at the final destination once they show their Access Card.
- Access Card can be a charge card, stateroom key card, boarding pass and also show it for all meals on the cruise.
- Singapore Dollar (SGD) as the main currency that can be used on board, while foreign currency exchange service is available on board.
- There are designated smoking areas on board.
- Children under 18 years old cannot enter the Casino and serve by alcohol.
- Bringing raw food on board is strictly prohibited.
- Cancellation Fees:
- Cancellation notice received more than 100 days before departure, the charge is free to refund, except the non-refundable amount.
- Cancellation notice received 100 – 46 days before departure, the charge is 15% of cruise fare.
- Cancellation notice received 45 – 15 days before departure, the charge is 35% of cruise fare.
- Cancellation notice received 14 – 08 days before departure, the charge is 55% of cruise fare.
- Cancellation notice received 7 days or less before departure, the charge is 100% of cruise fare.
- Cancellation without any notice, the charge is 100% of cruise fare.
- The cancellation fee above is applicable only for the low and mid season, for peak season, the cancellation fee is 100%.
- A fee of RM80 per person will be the amendment charge.
- For those upgrading of staterooms to the higher category are free of charge.
