1. General Terms and Conditions:
- All reservations are not confirmed until payment is cleared and verified by Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd.
- Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd reserves the right to change the schedule and omit any part of the included activities due to unexpected matters. No refunds will be provided for partial or unutilised sectors of the travel package.
- Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, accident, sickness, injury or death that the customer or anyone else may suffer or incur for the duration of the tour. The customer is strongly recommended to purchase travel insurance before the trip.
- The customer must ensure he/she is medically and physically fit for travel. At the time of booking, customers are required to disclose any physical, medical or other special needs that require special attention. If such information is not disclosed, Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd reserves the right to refuse to allow the customer to participate/continue with the tour(s), and no refund shall be made by Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd in such event. Pregnant customers must ensure that they have a doctor’s certification and that they are fit for travel. Notwithstanding, pregnant tour member’s participation is also subject to the company policy of third-party providers, such as ferries, boats, airlines or cruise companies, which have the sole discretion to limit participation. Where participation is restricted in such an event, no refund shall be made by Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd.
- No refunds will be made for any unused activities, facilities or unconsumed foods due to late arrival or early departure resulting from transportation changes or any unexpected matters. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure travel documents/visas are valid for over 6 months.
- In the case of transportation change (delayed or cancelled due to weather or unexpected matters), Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd is not responsible for the additional cost (ie. accommodation, meals, activities or transportation & etc) that may be incurred as a result. Travel times and terms are subject to change. Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd will notify you as soon as possible, within a reasonable time, when we receive any information about any changes from the transportation operator/provider. There will not be any refund for the partial or unutilised portion of the package regardless of changes in schedules by the transportation operator/provider. Regardless of your reservation, transportation operator/provider schedules and travel times may be cancelled or changed without prior notice, at the sole discretion of the transportation operator/provider due to adverse weather, technical or operational changes, safety concerns or any unforeseen circumstances that are beyond our reasonable control.
- Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd and/or its associated agents act only as agents for the transportation companies, hotel contractors and other principles. Tickets, vouchers and documents are issued subject to those terms and conditions under which the services are provided. Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the services, changes, acts or omissions of any such third-party service provider(s) in respect of the tour offered by Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd. Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd shall not be responsible for liabilities which occur beyond its control, including but not limited to errors or damage caused by third-party providers, airlines, cruise companies, flight/cruise/ferry availability and schedules, any costs incurred by tour members (eg. taxes, penalties, difference in currency exchange rates etc). Additionally, Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd also does not hold liability for damages incurred by third parties. In no event shall we be liable for any punitive, special, indirect or consequential loss or damage.
- All deposit and balance payments must be paid before the deadline given, upon expiry of the deadline, the booking will be cancelled automatically without further notice. No refund of deposit (if any) will be made due to payment delay.
- Tour Fee must be paid in the exact amount as stated in the quotation/booking confirmation, no refunds will be made for excessive payments and shall be offset in the subsequent booking.
- Should any Government authority in Malaysia impose, increase or decrease the tax collected on room and/or meal rates and/or service charges and/or tour packages, Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd reserves the right to collect the tax following alterations to the prevailing government tax.
- The recipient of this quotation agrees to receive the invoice in electronic format upon checking out from the tour.
- From time to time, Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd may launch promotions for a certain date range, promotional price offer is only valid for booking confirmations made between that date range. Any booking confirmations made before or after the stated period are not entitled to any promotional price offer. Any request to match the promotional price will not be entertained.
- The terms & conditions shall constitute the entire terms & conditions and supersede and extinguish all prior agreements and understandings between Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd and the customer. In the event of any inconsistency between these terms & conditions and any booking submitted by the customer or any other arrangement between Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd and the customer, the terms and conditions of these terms & conditions shall prevail unless otherwise stated. Additional terms and conditions (should there be any) will be communicated and stated in the booking confirmation/quotation/invoice during booking on a case-by-case basis.
2. Additional terms & conditions for Malaysia Domestic Tours:
- Cancellation of booking requested at least 3 months before the trip related to valid reasons:
- A written notice to be submitted to Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd with valid reasons & documentation proof (i.e. valid reasons include the customer’s health problems, loss of immediate family members, fulfilment of government duties or similar). The tour fee is refundable but subject to evaluation and approval by the travel agency. Requests initiated without written valid reasons will not be entertained. Cancellation charges (as stated below) will be incurred if requests can be fulfilled, if requests cannot be fulfilled, the booking will remain as agreed before the cancellation or change request is initiated.

3. Additional terms & conditions for Overseas Tours:
- Tour cancellation by Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd – Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel any tour package for whatever reasons including events due to Acts of God, war strikes, riots, outbreaks of disease, epidemics, pandemics or Order from Malaysian Government as the tour package may include services of third-party service provider(s) which is not controlled by Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd. In such event, Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd shall endeavour to notify the customer as soon as the tour has to be changed, varied or cancelled whereupon Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd will recommend to end customers alternative products offered by Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd. However, please note that additional charges may apply for such alternative products which Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd will advise accordingly. If the end customer decides not to accept any alternative tour package offered, Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd will fully refund all payments received, free of interest; or if the end customer decides to accept the alternative tour package offered and such alternative package accepted is of a lesser value than the original tour package that cannot be fulfilled, Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd will refund the difference in value, free of interest.
- Tour cancellation by End Customer – If the customer needs to cancel or amend the booking, kindly contact Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd immediately. A cancellation fee, as set out in the table below, is payable upon cancellation of a booking. The customer shall be further liable to bear any non-refundable air ticket, airport taxes and miscellaneous charges imposed by the relevant service provider(s) such as airline(s).

Additional payment/cancellation terms and conditions (should there be any) will be communicated and stated in the booking confirmation/quotation/invoice during booking on a case-by-case basis.
- Minimum tour group size for Group Series Tours – Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd reserves the right to cancel or withdraw at any time bookings made by or on behalf of tour members before departure. All group departures are subject to a minimum group size of 9 paying adults (Asia & Asean Tour Packages), and 15 paying adults (USA / Europe / Exotic / Japan / New Zealand / China – Tibet / China – Xinjiang Packages) for the confirmation to be affected and for the departure to be finalised. The decision of Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd shall be final and conclusive and no liabilities whatsoever shall be incurred by Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd for such cancellation. All monies paid towards booking fees (Except visa fee) shall be refunded.
- For group series tour packages, Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd will only provide the services of an accompanying Tour Manager/Tour Leader for a group of 15 adult passengers and/or subject to individual tour package size.
- Risk – Every Person participating in any tour or holiday organized by Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd and/or its associated agents shall be at his/her own risk. Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd and/or its associated agents shall not be held liable to any person as a result of the following:
- Inaccuracy, misdescription or changes to any tour and its itinerary;
- Additional expenses due to delays or changes in any transport services, sickness, weather, strikes, war, quarantine or other causes;
- Extension of stay-flight arrangements that cannot be confirmed;
- For any damage or loss of baggage or other personal effects or accidents, it is the responsibility of the tour members to claim insurance;
- Deportation or refusal of entry of tour members by immigration authorities due to possession of unlawful items or holding improper travel documents or any other causes which are considered subversive by the local and foreign government concerned. Tour members are required to sign a Letter of Undertaking.
- Difficult and uncooperative customers whose act and conduct are unreasonable and detrimental to the enjoyment, interest, well-being and safety of the other customers and the smooth-running of the tour in general will be dealt with by the Tour Manager/Tour Leader. The Tour Manager/Tour Leader may require difficult customers to leave the tour and his/her decision in this respect is final and conclusive. Holidaygogogo Tours Sdn Bhd will not refund any uncompleted part of the tour due to the compulsory removal of such customers.
