By Air
Regular daily flight is available from Kuala Lumpur International Airport to Sultan Ahmad Shah Airport in Kuantan. The trip takes about 40 minutes per way. Alternately, visitors can also opt for numerous flight options from Sultan Abdul Aziz Shah Airport in Subang. Flights from KLIA are operated by Malaysia Airlines and flights from Subang are operated by its subsidiary Firefly.
By Road
Kuantan is located at about 260km away from Kuala Lumpur connected with a good network of roads. Self drive can be a good option and each journey takes about 3.5 hours via East Coast Highway.
By Bus
Long journey express bus can be easily obtained from bus terminals in Kuala Lumpur. Regular bus services are available from Puduraya Bus Terminal and Hentian Pekeliling. Pahang is also well connected to the neighboring Kelantan and Terengganu.
By Rail
Malayan Railways offer regular scheduled train services to Mentakab and Kuala Lipis from Kuala Lumpur and Kota Bharu in Kelantan.
