One of them is the beautifully decorated heritage bus that runs around the major attractions in Kuala Terengganu. The bus works on a hop on hop off basis and the starting point is from Taman Syahbandar. There are two routes available and some of the notable attractions that covered by the bus routes include The State Museum, Noor Arfa Craft Complex, Islamic Civilization Park, Pasar Payang Central Market and the Floating Mosque.
Alternately, the eye catchy colorful trishaw is another mode of transportation in Terengganu that worth for a ride. Visitors can enjoy a leisure ride to Chinatown or Pasar Payang Central Market while taking in the sights and sounds of the town. Fare is determined according to travel distance and number of passenger.
By Boat
For visitors who enjoy river cruise, there are two types of boats namely the gondolas and boat penambang that the visitors can try out. Gondolas are suitable for sightseeing while boat penambang is mostly for locals.
