Pulau Segantang is situated 13 kilometer west of Pulau Payar and is a diving and snorkeling site for all year long. In this place, you can normally spot beautiful hard corals and sea fans at about 15 meters deep. If you are lucky, you can also spot nurse sharks, lobsters, barracudas, schooling jacks and moray eels.
Pulau Segantang is suitable for all level of divers and having good visibility at 15-20 meters. No matter if you are a beginner diver or pro diver, this diving or snorkeling spot in the Pulau Segantang is a must visit for most tourists.
Pulau Kaca Dive sites
Pulau Kaca is located east of Pulau Payar and is a reef scuba diving spot that home to many beautiful hard corals. There are also many creatures and invertebrates, mollusks, nudibranches and many types of fish species that are ready to be discovered by divers.
Divers can basically dive all year long in Pulau Kaca and most of the scuba diving spots near the island can be accessed with boat. The diving spot is having about 10 to 20 meters of diving depth and having visibility of 5 to 10 meters. All level of scuba diver is welcomed.
