Transportation and Access Information:

Pulau Banding is situated within the Belum-Temengor Rainforest, which is located in the middle of the west and east coasts of Peninsular. The adjacent towns to Belum are Jeli in Kelantan and Gerik in Perak, which are connected by the East-West Highway. The journey from Kuala Lumpur to Pulau Banding takes approximately 5 hours by car.

To get to Pulau Banding from Kuala Lumpur, use the North-South Highway and head towards the direction of Ipoh. Take the Kuala Kangsar exit, head to Gerik and bypass Lenggong. This highway will lead you to Pulau Banding directly.

There are also regular bus departs from Kuala Lumpur Hentian Putra and major towns within Peninsular. Visitors are recommended to check for coach ticket availability and route here.
