Our family had a wonderful 3 days short holiday here. We went on the snorkeling day trip to a few locations, our children was having a fun time being able to swim so close to the fishes. Overall experience is good, bed is comfortable and the food is delicious. We had a happy getaway.
My family and I came here to snorkel. We have about 9 people, and the cafe there is very empty. Even if we only serve 9 people, the service is very bad. Food delivery and service are very slow. After an hour of waiting, we got the food. Very disappointed until we had to cancel our other orders.
The hotel feels very good, the hotel is very clean and the staff is very friendly. We asked the hotel to take us to take our boat, because the ship that was supposed to carry us did not appear. So they found a way, and without their help we missed our ferry. We travel the most comfortable beds in Malaysia. The northern part of Tioman Island is beautiful and well preserved. we are very happy.
