Day 1

Upon arriving at the villa in Janda Baik, participants will gather for an opening speech. The day will kick off with an engaging ice-breaking activity – Catch It!. Refuel with a delicious lunch at the villa before returning to the functional hall for more games like Bubble Couch & Race of Life. After that, checking in and enjoying some free & easy time. As the evening approaches, a delicious dinner will be served, followed by more leisure time to unwind and socialize.

Participants will gather in the meeting room for more activities like Waka Waka, Lightning Cup Grab and Bird Crisis Blindfold Games to enhance teamwork and communication. Enjoy lunch before returning to the functional hall for games like Spaghetti Tower and Fear Factor. Savour an afternoon tea break, then head to the wrap-up session which includes a debrief, learning acknowledgment, final circle up, and group photo. When done, participants can enjoy some free & easy time before dining on a delicious dinner. Cap off the day with continued leisure time and a relaxing overnight stay at the villa.
