Ayer Keroh is a town located in the outskirts of the state of Melaka in Peninsular Malaysia. Other than the UNESCO inscribed World Heritage Melaka Town, Ayer Keroh is another hot tourist spot of Melaka. There are about an estimated of 38,000 people living in Ayer Keroh town. Most of the residents here are of the Malay ethnic, followed by Chinese, Indian and some other local natives. It is a town with many interesting places for visitors from local and overseas. Ayer Keroh is a rather peaceful town witch has lesser night life activities as compared to other places in the state, nevertheless there are still many visitors throughout the year.

How to get there
Getting to Ayer Keroh is an ease with the North-South Expressway where visitors can basically reach here from any part of Peninsular Malaysia. From Kuala Lumpur, it is only about 2 hour drive and 1 hour from Seremban. If you are coming from Singapore, then the journey will be about 3 hours. You may also consider taking bus from Melaka Central Terminal to Ayer Keroh by taking the Bus No. 19.
