The Hari Gawai Open House is an event with the aim of bringing people together despite their race, religion and background. This event celebrates the Tadau Kaamatan and Gawai Dayak; celebrations of the ethnic races in Sarawak and Sabah. This event is just another one of Malaysia’s many cultural events which not only fosters unity and harmony among the multi-racial residents of Malaysia, but is also a key program in bringing Malaysia’s tourism field to greater heights as well as ensuring that our rich tradition and history is not forgotten. Be entertained with the various cultural dances and musical shows done by the locals while feasting on delicious local delicacies.
