Costa Firenze Terms and Conditions:
- All fare are price per person with a minimum 2 persons per room.
- Promotion Rate only applicable for Malaysian or foreigner holding work permit or PR status.
- Cruise fare, cabins and schedule are subject to availability and changes without notice.
- Gate close one and a half hours before departure time.
- All guests are required to bring their Confirmation slip before check-in.
- All guests are required to carry their valid passport with at least 6 months validity for check-in.
- All pregnant ladies are welcomed but those who will enter the 24th week of pregnancy by the beginning of the cruise will be rejected.
- No refund will be given for passengers who are denied boarding due to non-compliance with immigration regulations.
- All the provided activities are free of charge. If the activity is canceled due to weather or operational problems, Costa Firenze will not bear any compensation or refund.
- All guests must bring their passport and access cards for immigration checks.
- Child below 18 years old (based on date of birth) FOC sharing with 2 full paying adults; but required to pay only port charge and service charge.
- Ages 18 year old and above is considered as an adult rate.
- All names must be correct according to passport. Name change subject to penalty of RM200 per person or higher price.
