After the meet and greet, we’ll take you to a local restaurant for a delightful lunch, introducing you to the delicious flavors of Indonesian food.
Our journey continues with a scenic 4 hours drive to Parapat Lake Toba. Parapat on Lake Toba is a peaceful spot, where the beautiful lake and rich Batak culture create a special and memorable atmosphere. We’ll stop at PATEN SHOP, a cultural treasure trove, offering an array of local crafts and unique souvenirs that beautifully showcase the vibrant heritage of Indonesia. Next, visit Kwan Im Temple in Pematang Siantar where you can experience Buddhist traditions and find serenity.
As the day comes to a close, we’ll arrive in Parapat by the beautiful Lake Toba. You’ll check in to a comfy hotel and have the evening to yourself. Enjoy the lakeside views and get ready for the exciting adventures ahead!

Day 2 of your adventure starts with a tasty breakfast at your hotel. After checking out, get ready for an exciting journey around Lake Toba. You’ll take a 45-minute ferry ride across the beautiful lake, enjoying stunning views. Your first stop is Tomok Village, where you’ll see the ancient tomb of King Sidabutar, full of history and cultural importance. If your group has at least 15 people, the adventure continues to Ambarita Village, exploring traditional houses and experiencing the Batak people’s way of life, a fascinating journey into the past.
Next, a transfer will take you to a local restaurant in Parapat for a satisfying lunch. On your way to Berastagi, make memorable stops, including Simarjarunjung, where you can enjoy ginger tea and fried bananas amidst breathtaking nature (personal expenses). The adventure continues with a visit to the stunning Sipiso Piso waterfall, offering a powerful cascade against lush green surroundings. Don’t forget your camera to capture this natural wonder. Before reaching your final destination, explore the Central Fruit Market, where you can sample and buy tropical fruits, vegetables, and colorful flowers for souvenirs or snacks.
As the day ends, relish a tasty dinner at a local restaurant. Then, check into your hotel in Berastagi for a good night’s sleep, gearing up for another day of exciting adventures in this enchanting part of Indonesia.

Begin your day with a delicious breakfast at the hotel, then check out as we head to Pagoda Swehdagon Lumbini—a magnificent golden temple known for its beautiful design and serene atmosphere.
After the visit, we’ll return to Medan via Sembahe resort, approximately a 2-hour drive. In Medan, our exploration includes the Annai Velangkanni Church, a captivating holy place adorned with vibrant colors and intricate designs. Following that, we’ll visit the historic Istana Maimoon, a palace with detailed architecture and rich history, offering a glimpse into the past. The tour continues with a visit to Mesjid Raya, providing insights into the region’s rich history and culture. We’ll explore the Kesawan area, discovering charming Dutch colonial-era buildings. This tour narrates Medan’s unique story through its architecture, flavours, heritage, and spirituality.
To wrap up the day, we’ll indulge in some shopping, either at a local market or mall, allowing you to pick up souvenirs as mementos of this exciting journey. Afterward, check in to your new hotel for a warm welcome and settle in for comfort and relaxation after a day filled with exploration. The evening is yours to enjoy as you please.
