The management of the most beautiful resorts in Malaysia pays great attention to detail and trains employees in the same way. The island's help desk staff and all the waiters ensure guest to have a pleasant stay and are very polite.
My experience is very good, I went to the resort twice in two months. The food is good without cut throat price.
After a short 20-minute speedboat, we were welcomed by the staff and stopped at the resort. This is the only resort on the island, with lots of walking through the jungle and exploring other beaches on the island. We met some tricky monkeys and came to our mountain villa to steal my beer and nuts. The hornbill is amazing and has a very unique look. I really like to live here, it was a very pleasant and unexpected discovery.
Beautiful island with beautiful sunrise and sunset. We live in a sea villa. Every morning we wake up and see a beautiful sunrise. On the beach on the west side of the island, you can end the day with a spectacular sunset at the Emerald Bay Resort. We enjoyed the spa and enjoyed a comfortable spa massage package. The island is full of unusual wild animals. The most prominent is the beautiful hornbill. You can see them everywhere. We also saw macaques and lizards. Resort service is also very good. I highly recommend this resort and hope to come back again.
The whole experience is very good! The staff is very helpful and ensures that we have a pleasant stay throughout the stay. Although we encountered very few problems in our stay, they handled it well. Pangkor Laut Resort! Will definitely return there again!

Their service is really top notch. From the time you enter the speedboat waiting hall, you will know that this will be a great trip. The value you received is ten times the amount you paid. All the staff did a good job, and I stayed at the seaside villa, leaving an impressive experience. The food for breakfast is perfect, 5 stars, it is expensive but definitely worth a honeymoon romantic trip.
Stayed here having a great experience. Everything has been taken care of and cared for. The staff is very attentive and caring. Nizan is especially helpful and he deserves the recognition. Emerald Bay is a beautiful beach. Unfortunately, there is too much plastic on the beach every day. The resort allows staff to solve the garbage problem. Very worth for staying here.
