Laem Singh Beach is a 150-meter beach located between Surin Beach and Kamala Beach in Phuket. Surrounded by lush greenery in a hidden bay, Laem Singh used to be a secluded beach. As the beach slowly gained popularity over the years, today it has become a vibrant, happening beach and a famous tourist destination in Phuket.
With loads of activities going on, Laem Singh Beach will certainly attract adventure lovers. You can rent a kayak or an inflatable raft and paddle around for sightseeing, or go on a ride in glass bottom canoe to have a peek at the beautiful underwater world through the pristine clear water. Meanwhile, if you are looking for real underwater experience, you may want to sign on for an adventure diving trip or go for snorkeling at the Southern part of the beach. On top of that, you will also find activities like banana boat, body boarding, jet-skiing and water-skiing at Laem Singh.
Along the beach, visitors will find lines of sunbeds with parasols for rent. This is where you can enjoy a lazy afternoon relaxing under the shade, have drinks and food being served from the nearby restaurants. Under the palm trees, there are several massage shacks for foot massage and traditional Thai massage.
If you are a party person, remember to check out “Soundwave Sunday”, a weekly party by Laem Singh Lounge Bar from November to May. Hosted by international DJs with hot music, this event had attracted famous musicians, bands, and even celebrities!

Laem Singh Beach is located approximately 25 km from Phuket Town, between Surin Beach and Kamala Beach. It is reachable by taxi, which costs THB500 one way.
Alternatively, you can look for songthaews servicing Phuket Town / Surin, and Phuket Town / Kamala, which cost THB40-50 one way.
